Staying With Us: What to Expect
At WaVi, we invite you to experience the rhythm of tropical life—where comfort meets nature, and time slows down.
Daily Staff Hours - Our housekeepers work from 7–11 AM and 3–7 PM, while our gardeners are around from 7–11 AM and 1–5 PM to maintain the natural beauty of the space without disturbing your comfort.
Nature & Wildlife - Staying at WaVi means living close to nature. Birds, monkeys, geckos, bugs, and other tropical creatures may appear from time to time—they’re harmless and part of the natural ecosystem we respectfully share.
Extra Guests Policy - Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Extra guests not listed will not be allowed. Additional guests are charged IDR 150,000 (10 USD) per night, with a max capacity depending on your cottage type.
Tours & Experiences - We can help arrange guided waterfall treks, dolphin cruises, temple visits, hot springs, and more. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll connect you with our trusted local guides.
Transportation Service - Need a ride? We offer transport services including airport pickup or drop-off for 50 USD per trip. Please notify us at least one day beforehand to secure a driver.
Check-In & Out Info - Late check-ins or early check-outs outside of working hours are self-managed. While we’ll try to assist remotely, our team won’t be present outside posted hours as we’re not a hotel.
Refund Policy - We follow Airbnb’s strict policy—no refunds are possible for last-minute cancellations, shortened stays, or fewer guests than booked. Please plan accordingly.
Security Notice - We don’t have on-site security because we simply don’t need it. The area is safe, and our team lives nearby, offering peace of mind and quiet assurance during your stay.
